The choice of premium quality Honey, a subtle balance between 7 carefully selected spices... that is what gives this good traditional Gingerbread from Alsace its inimitable taste.
Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Anise, Ginger, Pepper... this time-honoured Alsatian recipe will delight lovers of spicy and refined flavours. The candied orange peel brings a refined, slightly tangy note, whilst the almonds offer a delightful texture. Perfect for a family tea break or as an original Alsace souvenir.

May contain traces of milk, sesame seeds, soy, peanuts and other tree nuts.
