Four Regional Flavours: Wild Strawberries, Blueberries, Mirabelle Plums, Rhubarb

Each macaron reveals the richness of Alsatian fruits. Wild strawberries bring a delicate and sweet note, whilst blueberries offer a slightly tangy flavour. The mirabelle plum, the characteristic fruit of neighbouring Lorraine, harmonises perfectly with rhubarb to create a unique taste harmony. With 13% almond powder, these macarons benefit from recognised artisanal quality.

Perfect for a quiet moment with coffee, as a gift or as an authentic Alsatian souvenir, Uncle Hansi's macarons delight fine confectionery lovers. The 200 gr format allows you to savour this delicacy without restraint.
