Mini Stollen with Mirabelle plum is a traditional Alsatian biscuit, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, perfect for coffee, desserts or when you're feeling peckish.
The intoxicating taste of Mirabelle plum releases all its aroma in the mouth when tasted, giving this biscuit a generous moment of indulgence.
Making Stollen is a ritual in its own right, and begins with a macerated cocktail of fruit alcohol through a meticulous fermentation process lasting several weeks.
Once the first batch has been made, Lorraine mirabelle plum nuggets and almond powder are added to form a richly flavoured, sandy paste.

Little cakes with fruity mirabelle plum nuggets: Wheat flour, mirabelle plum nuggets 17.6% (concentrated purée of mirabelle plum from Lorraine 8.2%, glucose-fructose syrup, glucose syrup, sugar, wheat fibre, gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavouring substances, antioxidant : ascorbic acid), butter, sugar, almond powder, egg, fruit alcohol (2.8%vol), invert sugar syrup, natural mirabelle plum flavouring, natural vanilla flavouring, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), humectant: sorbitol; colour: turmeric.
Allergens: gluten, milk, eggs, nuts. May contain traces of sesame seeds, soya, peanuts, lupins and other nuts.
