Handcrafted from Soufflenheim clay in dark grey colour, decorated with motifs and ivory heart, entirely hand-painted.

Made with clay from the Haguenau Forest (slightly yellowish clay), these Soufflenheim ramekins are handcrafted and hand-painted on the rim with small hearts, each meticulously worked. Every piece demonstrates the authenticity of traditional Alsatian craftsmanship.

Compatible with the oven, microwave and refrigerator, this dark grey ramekin has a diameter of 8.5 cm for generous portions. Soufflenheim pottery retains both heat and cold equally well, and its glazed surface allows for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. It does not absorb odours or flavours.

You may notice very thin cracks in the glaze on the ramekin. These micro-cracks are necessary to allow the clay to expand and contract without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and colour, and become more pronounced with time and repeated use.
