
Our Twisted Noodles have a generous, harmonious shape that curls around itself to better capture the flavours of the vegetables, the strength of the spices and the creaminess of the sauces with which you decide to accompany them. They are made from a selection of the best hard wheat and 7 fresh eggs per kilo.
Their particularly firm texture and light colour make them one of the most popular specialities with gourmets, and lend themselves to a wide range of recipes.
Torsades are suitable for most palates and can be prepared as a single dish or as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes.
Pour the pasta into a large volume of boiling salted water.
(1 litre of water for 100g of pasta).
Cook for 7 minutes (firm) stirring regularly during cooking.
Drain carefully
