These Alsatian nonnettes made in the traditional manner are perfect with coffee or tea, particularly in the traditional Alsatian parlours of Obernai. They are equally delicious served with ice cream or yoghurt as a light and indulgent dessert. Every bite reveals the subtle harmony between authentic honey and natural orange flavour.

The orange-filled nonnettes are an excellent way to discover the authentic flavours of Alsace, that celebrated French region renowned for its artisanal pastries and centuries-old culinary heritage. You will appreciate their delicate texture and refined aromas, reminiscent of traditional Alsatian pastisseries of yesteryear.

Wheat flour, orange marmalade 25% (glucose-fructose syrup, orange purée 5%, gelling agent; fruit pectin, acidity regulator; citric acid, orange essential oil), honey 21% (from EU, non-EU countries), sugar, invert sugar syrup, salted egg yolk (egg yolk, salt), raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate), natural orange flavour.

May contain traces of milk and soya.
