Authentic Alsatian craftsmanship
Prepare real Alsatian Bretzels (8 to 10 Bretzels) from the Petit Alsacien to enjoy as an aperitif with family or friends very easily thanks to the Alsatian Bretzel preparation kit developed by pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice. This excellent bretzel preparation kit guarantees professional results every time.
Alternatively, before baking, sprinkle your Bretzels with poppy seeds, sesame, linseed or grated cheese and bacon. Let your creativity run free and shape your Bretzels much smaller or larger according to your preferences.
In Alsace we also offer them as Mauricettes: a small roll of approximately 60 g that we then garnish like a small sandwich, a true delight to share with loved ones.
The Bretzel is a traditional savoury pastry typical of South Germany, Alsace, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland, made from brioche dough, poached in a baking soda solution, shaped like a knot or intertwined arms, and covered with coarse salt splinters.
Nothing could be simpler with this preparation kit. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs, have thought of everything: the dry ingredients are carefully measured and packaged in numbered bags. You simply follow their detailed instructions, add a little water and butter, and you are guaranteed to achieve amazing results and delight your guests.
