All Flowers Honey Alsace, Artisanal Excellence
The All Flowers Honey Alsace presents a distinctive golden yellow colour and liquid consistency, characteristic of artisanal honeys of the highest quality. This spring polyfloral honey emerges from the combination of multiple nectars, foraged by busy bees visiting all melliferous plants such as fruit trees, clover and dandelion.
Exclusively harvested from flowers in our Alsace region, gathered below 800 metres altitude, this French honey features a delicate taste and subtle aromas, perfect for those who appreciate refined sweetness.
Suggestion : Ideal for Alsatian baking or sweetening warm beverages.
Essential Product Information
Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)
Sourced directly from the beekeeper in Châtenois (Bas-Rhin) and member of the Regional Confederation of Beekeepers of Alsace. The All Flowers Honey Alsace carries the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) label, guaranteeing its origin and distinctive character.
The PGI specification establishes strict production rules. Only honey produced in Alsace according to these criteria may bear the official designation Miel d'Alsace. Quality is regularly verified by an independent certification body. Alsatian beekeepers are united within the Defence and Management Organisme (ODG) for Alsace Honey.
Net weight : 250 grams
The supplier endeavours through appropriate organisational measures and regular cleaning of mixing and feeding systems to maintain the infiltration risk of potentially allergenic substances at the lowest possible level. Measures are in place to reduce cross-contamination risk, however a guarantee of complete absence of traces cannot be provided.
Store in a cool, dry place sheltered from light to preserve all its qualities.
