Tray filled with Gingerbread enriched with Honey containing Small Fines, Fruit Leckerlis and Assorted Gingerbread to share or to Offer in all circumstances! The choice of a very first quality Honey, a subtle balance between 7 Spices gives its inimitable taste to a good Alsatian Gingerbread. This Alsatian speciality is a wonderful gingerbread from Alsace and embodies the craft tradition of bakers from Obernai.
Cardamone, Cinnamon, Clove... Can you guess the rest of the recipe ? This filled tray is the ideal Alsace gift for sharing a delightful moment with your loved ones. A genuine Alsace souvenir, this selection of gingerbread assortments embodies the skill of gingerbread craftsmen from the Alsatian region.

Petites Fines: Almond Gingerbread Orange Flavour, Wheat flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, humectant: sorbitols, almonds 4.8%, egg white, honey, orange peel 2.5%, glucose-fructose syrup, spices, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, maize starch, natural flavour.
Fruit Leckerli: Soft fruit bread with persipan, sugar, wheat flour, 16% sultanas, 13% persipan (apricot stones, sugar, invert sugar syrup), 6% candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), 3% hazelnuts, butterfat (milk), whole egg powder, humectants: sorbitols, glycerols, sugar, flour, potato starch, raising agents: (sodium carbonates, natural flavour, salt, spices, thickener: gum arabic.
Gingerbread Assortments: Wheat flour (gluten), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, sugar topping (sugar, wheat starch, glucose syrup, food colouring agent (spinach powder, concentrated red beet juice, safflower extract), caramelised sugar syrup, spices, potato starch, raising agents: potassium carbonate, disodium diphosphates, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, salt, pork gelatine, food colouring agent: concentrated red beetroot juice.
May contain traces of milk, lupine, soy, egg, sesame seeds, peanuts and other nuts.
