Bouquets of Noodles are made up of 4 different packets of Noodles made from the finest ingredients and assembled in a colourful Spring, Summer and Autumn crepe sleeve with lace decorated with ribbons, rafias and resin subjects according to colour, creating a magnificent, colourful Bouquet. A truly original gift !

We make our pasta with a great deal of love and responsibility, using only the finest ingredients, which is why it's so good for us and probably for you too.

Noodles are made from top-quality durum wheat semolina, mainly made from the best Canadian and French durum wheat.

The semolina has a high gluten and protein content, making the pasta it produces particularly stable when cooked and al dente.

As the semolina is produced from the inside of the grain, it has a very low ash content.

This superior quality semolina, Grade A dark-rot eggs and our special production methods give our pasta its golden appearance, crunchiness and yield.

Ingredients: Top quality durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, salt (depending on variant, red noodles: tomato powder 3%, green noodles: spinach powder 3%).
