Shipments to the United States reopened

Dear Customer,

Our Colissimo and Happy Post postal deliveries to the United States are once again available following new US customs regulations.

Contrary to previous practice, postal parcels sent to the United States are no longer exempt from customs duties up to £800 and are now taxed from the first pound of declared value.

Customs duties are calculated on the total value of the parcel, including the value of the goods, postage and insurance.

Customs duties are now included in all our rates for shipments to the United States, so there are no more surprises!
