Please refer to the table below for information on how to deposit your parcel with Delivengo (La Poste) for a successful delivery before Christmas !

Arrange to place your Orders before these dates for small parcels under 2kg and less than 4cm thick throughout Europe and Switzerland.

After these deadlines, the Delivengo services of La Poste are not able to guarantee your delivery before 24 December 2022.

Please note that the delivery times indicated are estimates only and do not prejudge the reality of the period of high parcel distribution.

Although we dispatch all your orders within the hour after your order, Déco-Alsace-Obernai.fr is not responsible for any delays in delivery linked to the external delivery services offered.

You will find the tracking information in the history of your order in your Customer Account, but also a reminder by email when the order is shipped.

You are also notified by all carriers of an SMS (mobile phone number to be informed strongly advised) informing you to trace your packages or give you tracking information.

It is strongly advised to take your time to place your orders and give you a safety margin.
