La Boîte aux Trésors - Twenty Years of Passion for Authentic Alsace

Some addresses have a soul. La Boîte aux Trésors, nestled at 4 rue Sainte-Odile in Obernai, is one of them. Since 2004, this Alsatian shop has welcomed residents and visitors in a warm atmosphere where every product tells a story - that of the craftspeople, the terroirs and the traditions that make our beautiful region so rich. With over 2000 carefully selected references, it is a true invitation to journey into the heart of authentic Alsace.

A Rich, Local and Authentic Selection

Every item at La Boîte aux Trésors has been carefully chosen, in direct collaboration with local craftspeople and producers. You will find :

  • Handcrafted Soufflenheim pottery : kougelhopf moulds, baeckeoffe dishes, terrines and many other pieces crafted using traditional Alsatian techniques.
  • Decorated glasses and carafes : Hansi motifs, grape clusters, Alsatian designs to enhance your table.
  • Alsatian fine food : artisan jams, Alsatian honeys, terrines, wines from the Caves du Roi Dagobert and liqueurs from Meyer's.
  • Decorative objects and souvenirs : fabrics, stationery, leather goods and a multitude of little treasures to take home as a souvenir or gift.

Obernai - The Ideal Setting for an Alsatian Shop

Obernai, listed among the most beautiful villages in Alsace, offers an exceptional medieval setting just a short distance from the vineyards of the Wine Route. La Boîte aux Trésors fits naturally into this landscape, just a few steps from the Place du Marché and its centuries-old half-timbered houses.
