New liqueurs from Alsace have arrived

3603 Views 683 Liked

New Violet liquor, Strawberry and Blueberry Liqueurs from Alsace have arrived to complement the existing Gingerbread and Fir Tree range.

Violet Liquor:

This Liqueur de Violette has a fresh Bouquet de Fleur in the mouth with its very flowery nose and goes wonderfully well as an Aperitif Kir with a Riesling or a Crémant but also as a very fresh liqueur.

Strawberry Liquor:

This Strawberry Liqueur has a long finish with a very fruity nose, which can be served with plain strawberries, sprinkled with sugar or with Chantilly cream for the most demanding, accompanied by a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, but can also be used as a very fresh liqueur, as an Aperitif in the Kir style with a Riesling or a very fresh Crémant.

Blueberry Liquor:

This Blueberry Liqueur, also called Brimbelle in the Vosges, will perfectly dress up a Vanilla Ice Cream Scoop as a Dessert, or can be used as a chilled liqueur, as an Aperitif Kir with a chilled Riesling or Crémant, or to flavour your cocktails.
