Shop2Shop delivery in France and Europe

We regret the withdrawal of the Shop2Shop by Chronopost delivery method in France and throughout Europe following numerous problems encountered in recent months.

Indeed, many shortcomings reported by our customers prevented them from collecting or simply having a parcel delivered by these services.

  • A large number of Relay Points were closed for no apparent reason, but were still available when the Customer chose one
  • Loss of parcels without any responsibility on the part of the carrier
  • Total incomprehension of how the carrier works, no longer supervised by a human but by an AI!
  • and the list goes on!
  • It is preferable to no longer offer a defective delivery service and to maintain the current solutions offered.

The countries concerned by the withdrawal of the delivery method are France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands.

We hope that these services will improve in the future, enabling us to offer them again.

For the time being, we are only offering Shop2Shop by Chronopost in France.
