As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience, we would like to inform you of several important changes to our contact methods.

Firstly, our telephone number has changed. The new business number, 07 43 62 03 67, is now the only number to use to contact our customer service team by telephone.

It has been updated throughout our online store to ensure that the information provided is clear and up to date.

We are also pleased to announce the integration of WhatsApp Business on our website.

This new communication channel makes it easier for you to contact our online customer support team, whether you have a question about a product, a request for a quote or any other queries.

Important information: temporary closure

We would also like to inform you that our establishment will be closed for holidays from 5 to 8 January 2026 inclusive.

During this period, order processing, shipping and telephone responses will be temporarily suspended.

However, customer service via email and contact form will remain available. All requests will be processed as soon as we reopen.

Our telephone and WhatsApp customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except during exceptional closure periods.
