Collecting your parcel from a Locker or Point Relais®️: deadlines and rules
Collecting your parcel on time is essential to avoid it being automatically returned to the sender. Whether you are in France or Europe, deadlines vary depending on the type of collection point.
In France
When your parcel arrives at a Locker or Point Relais®️, you have five calendar days to collect it, including Sundays and public holidays.
For example: a parcel delivered on Wednesday must be collected by the following Monday at the latest.
What happens if you exceed this time limit?
The parcel will be returned to the sender and you will be charged for the re-shipping costs.
⚠️ It is not possible to extend the collection period.
When your parcel arrives at a Locker or Point Relais®️, you have five calendar days to collect it, including Sundays and public holidays.
No claim will be accepted if the collection period has expired. Storage conditions and time limits are determined solely by the carrier, and we have no authority to modify them. For a longer holding period, we recommend choosing home delivery.
