We regret the withdrawal of the Shop2Shop by Chronopost delivery method in France and throughout Europe following a number of problems encountered in recent months. Many shortcomings prevented our customers from collecting or simply having a parcel delivered by these services.

We would like to express our gratitude for your loyalty to our company over the years. Your dedication means a great deal to us. We hope you have a wonderful festive season.

Following a number of cases of Tracked Mail lost and/or mislaid by the Post Office (particularly during the summer and holiday periods) and poor follow-up, we have decided to introduce a new Registered Mail service.. In the same way as for Parcels, from now on items will be delivered by hand by the postman, or collected from the post office.

As the year 2024 draws to a close, Obernai's Christmas Market and Food and Craft Market will be taking place in wooden chalets in the town centre squares. The traders, craftsmen and producers at the Christmas Market invite you to fill your baskets with local produce and gifts.

The Online Shop will remain open during these few days of holiday, however the last Packages will be dispatched on Sunday 15 September, with dispatch resuming on our return on Saturday 21 September 2024.

Postcards are always popular in tourist towns. In this souvenir shop on the Alsace Wine Route, La Boite aux Trésors in Obernai sells a few thousand a year.
