When designers revisit the traditional Kougelhopf, it gives the MiniKoug (or Mini-Kougelhopf) of Soufflenheim made from clay, handcrafted and hand-painted in Raspberry Red or Taupe, decorated with hearts, in the Pottery Workshops of Soufflenheim in Alsace with a gift of 2 recipes developed by Jean Philippe Goehry !

Traditionally, Alsatian pastry chefs bake Lammele in Agneau Pascal moulds, then sprinkle them with icing sugar and often decorate them with a small flag in the colours of Alsace in red and white tones.

The Liqueur Glass and/or Shooter Glass proposed are small very solid Glasses used as Liqueur Glasses or for powerful Cocktails to be drunk in a dash "straigt", flambéed or to be tasted, these 2 Liqueur and Shooter Glasses also called Shot are satin and decorated with an Alsatian House with Alsatian Marking
