Since Tuesday evening, the President of the Republic has implemented measures to contain the population in an attempt to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The Déco-Alsace-Obernai.fr team is of course complying with all government directives in order to preserve the health and safety of its employees, customers and partners.  

The whole of our online shop is working for the moment.

The local disruptions related to the various contexts of presence, the situation of the COV-19, slows down its operation however in certain places.

Delays can be impacted from 24 hours to more than 72 hours "or more" depending on the area.

Deliveries in the 81 and 09 departments have been slowed down in particular.  

Given the situation, to ensure our ability to operate our business and make your deliveries as quickly as possible, we are putting in place measures to ensure that the "Order above 59 € Offered" delivery will continue to operate smoothly and provide the best customer service:  The treatment of goods in the health sector is a priority.

From now on, the Déco-Alsace-Obernai.fr team will no longer take orders for Shop Pickup, your Order will be shipped automatically.

In case of bad information leading to an impossibility of delivery, the goods will be subject to :

• an automatic return at the customer's expense
• an increase in the invoice
